Our research group is interested in the development of various novel polymeric and nanocomposite membranes for energy and environmental applications such as carbon capture, natural gas separation, water treatment, and organic solvent nanofiltration. We utilize from molecular simulation and modeling approaches in order to understand structure-property relationship and propose the best performing membranes in the applications of membrane-based separation processes.
